The first guest of our new blog is Jennifer from "Yoga Life Happiness". She's a certified RYT 200, CST I, CST II and a vegan chef. From her house in California, she replied to our little interview.
When did you start practising yoga?
I first started practicing when I was 16, but it wasn't until about 26 that I really began to experience the benefits and the community of yoga. Now at 38, I'm developing a deeper spiritual connection with myself through yoga! I love yoga because as I dive deeper into yoga I continue to discover new information and greater understanding about the roots, meaning, benefits yoga provides... the well is so deep!
Which kind of programs or courses do you offer?
