How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free (yay!) over 100$/85€/77£
Below that, you'll only pay a small flat fee, no matter how many items you order

• Canada / 6.29 CAD
• AUSTRALIA, NEW ZELAND / 9.99 AUD
• Rest of the world /11.99 USD (free shipping at 170$)
Please note prices can fluctuates with exchange rates.
How long to get my order?
For US and Europe it usually takes an average of 8 to 10 business days . For the rest of the world it can take from 10 to 20 days. It's not the usual "next day delivery", but there's a reason for that.
Where will my order ship from?
US orders are fulfilled and shipped from North Carolina.
Orders from the UK and Europe are fulfilled and shipped from Latvia (a UK facility is opening soon).
Orders from the rest of the world will be shipped from either US or Europe, depending on which is the closes location.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at email@example.com.
Will I be charged customs?
For the US and Europe there are no customs.
For the UK there are no custom fees below 135£, but above that threshold fees might apply (thank you Brexit) so better to split your order in multiple shippings. We're happy to refund the additional shipping costs for you, just send us an email for that.
Customs and tax fee maybe occur on other international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

My order is missing. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. It happens more often that you think!
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip #1: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
Pro tip #2: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to either exchange it with a different one or refund you the cost within 30 days from delivery. No question asked (except feedback which is always useful to keep improving).
To start your return process just go to our RETURN PORTAL and enter your order number and email.
How can I return my purchase?
We have one return address in the UK, one in the US and one in Europe (Latvia).
Just get in contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide all details for shipping back your order.
What if I received a damaged product?
To help us resolve this quickly for you, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll fix the issue for you as soon as possible.
