How we are adapting to Covid-19
- Deliveries in Europe and US are on average 8 to 12 days.
- The rest of the world can take on average 8 to 15 days, depending on the country.
We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders and we’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
So don't worry, deliveries are quickly going back to normal and your order will reach you soon.

Who are you guys?
We are a small team of female creatives based in London. We couldn't find the right leggings for us (funky, eco-friendly, with a great fabric). So we decided to create our own brand. We hope you like it as much as we do :)
Where do you ship? And how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide for free over 100$/85€/77£.
If your order value is below that, you'll pay only a small fee:
- Shipping to US and EUROPE costs 3.99 USD (about 3.10£ / 3.40€).
- Canada is 5.99 USD (about 5.30 CAD)
- AUSTRALIA, NEW ZELAND have a flat shipping rate of 6.99 USD (about 8.50 AUD)
- EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) have a flat shipping rate of 10.99 USD (free shipping for these countries is 160$)
- The rest of the world has a flat shipping rate of 5.99 USD.
Where should I send my returns?
We have 2 warehouses in US (east and west coast) and 3 in Europe (London, Spain, Latvia). So if you decide to return an item, it really won't cost you much to send it back to us. Just get in contact at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find the most convenient solution for you.
How long does it take to get my order?
The shipping time depends on your location, but for US and Europe it usually takes an average of 8 business days . For the rest of the world it can take from 10 to 20 days. It's not the usual "next day delivery", but there's a reason for that.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. US orders are fulfilled from North Carolina and California. Orders from Europe are fulfilled from Spain or Latvia.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fee maybe occur only on very few international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so if you are not sure, please send us an email at email@example.com and we can double check that for you.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. It happens more often that you think!
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip #1: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
Pro tip #2: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking (most of the times it does), you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Do you give refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to either exchange it with a different one or refund you the cost. Just send us an email within 7 days from delivery at email@example.com and we’ll sort that out for you.
You should expect to receive your refund in maximum four weeks (often less). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (usually 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
