Refund policy

You have 15 days after delivery of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (fitting is obviously ok).

SALE ITEMS are not eligible for refunds, only exchange or store credit.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: are final sale and are no eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimsuit purchases can be returned or exchanged only if the swimsuit has not been worn.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. If eligible, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
