Shipping Times
For US, UK and Europe it usually takes an average of 8 to 10 business days to receive your order. For the rest of the world it's 10 to 20 days.
We appreciate it's not the usual "next day delivery" so common in the fashion world, but we're not a fast-fashion brand and our products are made to order, to avoid over production and waste.

Returns
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return or exchange it within 15 days, no question asked.
SALE ITEMS are not eligible for refunds, only exchange or store credit.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: are final sale and are no eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.

We are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping. So you will have to ship your order back to us at your expenses.
Eligibility
We will not able to accept products that have been kept for more than 15 days or that have been already used. Fitting is obviously ok.
As soon as you return arrives to one of our warehouses we will either refund your purchase or ship an exchange for free, depending on what you requested.

Our products are not sewed in third world countries. Instead, for Europe they are produced either in Latvia or Spain, while for the US and Canada they are made in North Carolina and in some instances Mexico.
