Made to order

Every item is produced personally for you after you order it. Nothing is made in advance, so nothing ends up unsold or in landfill — which means your order takes a little longer to reach you than something pulled off a warehouse shelf.

Delivery times

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• United States, United Kingdom and Europe — 8 to 10 business days from order
• Rest of the world — 10 to 20 business days from order

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $200 USD.

Below that, a flat fee applies, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and currency.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of dispatch, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

Where we ship from

Orders are produced at the facility closest to you. For Europe that is usually Latvia or Spain; for the United States and Canada, North Carolina or Mexico. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately if they are produced in different places — you won't be charged twice.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the production region may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
