Shipping Times
For US, UK and Europe it usually takes an average of 8 to 10 business days to receive your order. For the rest of the world it's 10 to 20 days.
We appreciate it's not the usual "next day delivery" so common in the fashion world, but we're not a fast-fashion brand and our products are made to order, to avoid over production and waste.

We will not able to accept products that have been worn. Fitting is obviously ok.
As soon as you parcel arrives to one of our warehouses we will either refund your purchase or ship an exchange for free, whatever you prefer.

Our products are not sewed in third world countries. Instead, for Europe they are produced either in Latvia or Spain, while for the US and Canada they are made in North Carolina and in some instances Mexico.
In any case, all our manufacturers follow official laws and regulations on fair labour and modern slavery.
Plus, all suppliers which provide raw materials are asked to sign an Anti-Slavery or Forced Labour Certificate, acknowledging that they will comply with all applicable laws that prohibit slavery and human trafficking.
